He’s the God of the joyful. He’s the God of the sad.
He’s the God who redeems the most ridiculous bad.

He loves us in our silence. He loves us in our tears.
He joins in our exuberance and carries us over our fears.

God is beautiful. God is good.

He’s been up to something if you look close across the land.
There are groups the Spirit selected and gathered by his hand.

Time to leave your recliner, time to step out in fullness.
There is hope and a mission, and he’s given them to us.
The call’s coming to go visit your family member who’s sick.
When the Spirit says Go, you should move and act quick.
There are those who’ve been waiting, stuck in frustration,
and he’s ready to promote them into celebration.

Be bold, it takes courage, for the Accuser will fight
to keep people from God and the land from the light.

With hope, joy and love, and his purpose appointed,
God could do it himself but instead he’s anointed
his children to release living water to become a flash flood
to unleash the redeeming power of Christ’s blood.

Go out in your weakness, with your sin confessed,
strengthen the weak and uplift the depressed.

Who can heal not just one but redeem a whole town?
The one who is never going to let us down.

Laugh at that which would try to keep the people away.
Seek closeness with God, he always do what he say.
