Get out of the dirt, you have been freed.
There is nothing in sin that you actually need.
Stop looking down that dead-end road
or get the harvest you have sowed.
You won’t crave power or worldly pleasure
when the Gospel truly is your treasure.
Then heed your daily mission call
to preach good news and peace to all
and let Jesus Christ be the name that you cry
till he comes in his might and says, “Behold, it is I.”
