Dear women who pray, who rejoice as a group,
who claim the Lord’s blessing with an oversized scoop,
who mourn for the pain that the desperate feel,
who fight for the gain that the devil would steal,
who run to the heart of the Lord every day,
who know that he’s with you in work and in play,
who give God the glory in all that you say,
who cling to the Truth and his voice you obey:
Take heart! for God’s goodness surrounds you forever.
You’re fastened to him in a bond none can sever.
